To make a Mineral Spa booking or enquiry, please call us on 03 5321 6200. Our knowledgeable reservation team will be happy to help you select the appropriate treatments and can answer any questions you may have.
Individual/Couple Bookings
Due to Mineral Spa's popularity, we recommend that you try to book at least 2-4 weeks in advance, to maximize your choice of available treatments and times.
However, we will always do our best to fit in bookings at shorter notice.
Group Bookings
Mineral Spa is a wonderful experience for small to large groups. To ensure availability, it is essential to book a minimum of 6-8 weeks beforehand, and we will endeavour to accommodate your group.

Health Questionnaire
Upon arrival at the spa, all clients are required to complete a health questionnaire, prior to commencement of treatments. If you wish to speed this process up, you can download the health questionnaire and complete in advance. When your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with an arrival time 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This is to ensure a relaxed start and give you time to complete the Client Health Questionnaire. If you've already filled out the form at home, you only need to arrive 15 minutes early and present your completed, signed health questionnaire to reception staff.
Spa Etiquette
In consideration of other guests and therapists schedules, it is important to arrive at your appointed time and let us know if you have been delayed. You will receive a robe and slippers to wear and a secure locker for your personal belongings. Be sure to drink plenty of water during and after your time at Mineral Spa. Men are asked shave a few hours before any facial treatment for increased comfort. After a massage with essential oils we suggest you delay showering for a few hours to absorb the natural healing qualities. Our therapists are professionally trained and will ensure your comfort and privacy by draping your body during treatments. Disposable underwear is provided for body treatments (or wear your own swimwear) and swimwear must be worn in The Retreat. The Retreat & some treatments cannot be used during pregnancy and by clients with certain medical conditions. Please contact us prior to your arrival date if you have any of the following: pregnancy, shingles, hepatitis, cancer, blood clots, AIDS/HIV. Children under 16 are not allowed in the Mineral Spa. We ask that mobile phones are turned off and stored in your locker as they are not to be used in any of the treatment or lounge areas. Alcohol should be avoided before any treatments.
